Privacy Policy — Play Win Roast

The short version: Tiè Block works offline. There is no account and no game server: your profile, scores, taunt cards and settings are stored only on your device. The only third party involved is Google (ads via AdMob, and Google Play for purchases), and in the EU/UK you will be asked for consent before any personalized ads are shown. We never sell your data.

1. Who we are

Tiè Block is developed and published by Play Win Roast. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@playwinroast.com.

2. Data stored on your device only

The game saves the following data locally on your device and never uploads it anywhere (there is no game server):

  • your player name and optional @username;
  • scores, trophies, leagues, streaks, statistics and match history;
  • your taunt-card collection, jokers and settings (language, audio);
  • challenge codes and your local friends list (names you typed yourself).

You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Reset local data, or by uninstalling the app. Rivals shown in offline seasons and ladders are simulated; no data about other real players is collected or shown.

3. What we do not collect

No account, no registration, no email, no contacts, no precise location, no microphone or camera access. We (Play Win Roast) run no analytics and receive no data from your device. If online features (real online duels, cloud profiles) ship in a future update, this policy will be updated before anything changes, both here and in-app.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Tiè Block shows a small banner during runs and optional reward videos (extra time, shields, jokers — always started by you, never forced). Ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve and secure ads, Google may process device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, coarse location and diagnostic data. See how Google uses data from partner apps.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you will see a consent form (Google UMP) before any personalized ads; you can refuse and receive non-personalized ads, and change your choice later from the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the Android settings.

5. Purchases

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details; Google provides us only an anonymous confirmation of the purchase.

6. Sharing (taunt cards)

When you share a taunt card or a challenge code, the image/text is handed to the app you choose (WhatsApp, Telegram, …) through the Android share sheet. Nothing is shared unless you explicitly do it, and the receiving app's own privacy policy applies from there.

7. Backup

Android can include the game's local data in your device's Google backup (Android Auto Backup), so your progress survives a phone change. That backup lives in your Google account, is encrypted, and we cannot access it. You can turn device backup off in Android settings.

8. Children

Tiè Block is not directed at children under 13. The game contains crude-humor content (taunt cards) reflected in its store rating. We knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, children included; ad consent and content rating are handled per store policies.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

Because your game data never leaves your device, you exercise access, rectification and erasure directly (Settings → Reset local data, or uninstall). For data processed by Google for advertising, see the links in §4. For anything else — including complaints or questions under the GDPR — contact privacy@playwinroast.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Changes

Changes to this policy are published on this page and announced in-app before they take effect.

Terms of Service

  • Tiè Block is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial fun. Don't copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
  • Trophies, leagues, bolt shards, jokers and taunt cards are virtual items with no monetary value; they can't be transferred or refunded (purchases follow Google Play's refund policy).
  • Play fair: exploiting bugs, tampering with the app or falsifying scores may reset local competitive data.
  • Balancing, events, seasons and features may change with updates.
  • The game is provided "as is", without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, Play Win Roast is not liable for indirect damages.
  • Taunt cards are satire between players who chose to challenge each other. Share responsibly.
